At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative success and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and software purchases to ensure you have the right tools for your sound. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we provide a streamlined process for replacements or full refunds.
Initiate a Return Request
Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Carefully pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
